Achieving My "Big Dreams"

My big dream is to grow Ensign Multi-Purpose Cooperative Limited, already registered in the UK, into a thriving global cooperative enterprise that empowers members and creates sustainable opportunities. Personal Growth and Mindset

Building Ensign requires adopting a promoter mentality, where the focus is on identifying and seizing opportunities rather than being constrained by current resources. This mindset enables me to remain adaptable, creative, and open to innovation. For instance, rather than waiting to secure all resources upfront, I will leverage existing assets—such as the cooperative’s registration and initial members—as a foundation for growth. This approach fosters resilience and allows for incremental progress.

Strategic Execution

Following the principle of "staged commitment," Ensign’s growth will involve testing new initiatives on a small scale before committing significant resources. For example, launching pilot programs in microfinancing or agribusiness would allow me to refine strategies and minimize risks. This iterative process aligns with the entrepreneurial focus on adaptability and learning, ensuring that decisions are data-driven and market-responsive.

Leveraging External Resources

A key element of Ensign’s success will be effective collaboration. As noted in The Heart of Entrepreneurship, entrepreneurs thrive by utilizing resources outside their immediate control. City Point Technologies aims to provide high-quality tech services that enhance security and efficiency for businesses and individuals in Nigeria and beyond.

Prince Ukandu’s entrepreneurial journey began with a strong interest in technology and a desire to meet the growing need for security and IT solutions in Nigeria. As he observed the increasing demand for secure digital infrastructure and networked systems, he saw an opportunity to start a business that could provide advanced solutions for businesses in the region. Drawing from his technical background and experience in the tech industry, Ukandu founded City Point Technologies Limited, offering high-quality security and IT services.
